A blend of Balsam Firs, Green & Norway Spruce and Black Pine, mixed with Spring Water and Organic Sugar. Each separate mix ages for up to eight months, ensuring the flavourful sap is drawn out slowly, preserving aromatic compounds, resin, tannins and volatile oils. Some pines have a rich and powerful evergreen taste, some taste like apricot and honey, some like cherry and vanilla. We blend them together to achieve a balance and harmony where the flavours compliment each other. This complexity come through in every drop – everyone experiences something different, and - like a fine wine - the taste evolves and changes as you enjoy it.

Aged for almost a year before being triple strained, gently heated and bottled, Kelowna Blend is the perfect addition to your favourite cooking and cocktail ingredients.

Again and again we were asked to make this by people who value it as part of their traditional spiritual and healing practices. It has many such uses, such as in poultices, to make herbal remedies such as tonics or teas, for smudging or taken by the spoonful!
